Bought a car from Motorzone a week ago and despite problems from my side, (the bank initially security blocked the payment), the people there were patient and extremely helpful. I received the kind of service one rarely gets these days and I feel you would have to go a long way to find better.

We purchased our new Range Rover from Motorzone. A class experience with Paulo and he really looked after us. Supplied us with finance as requested, offered us more than any other dealer for our Part Exchange and gave us a nationwide warranty for reassurance. We had 1 tiny issue and Paulo sorted it instantly and without hesitation. A true dealership, unlike this Cinch and online rubbish. Thanks again

Had a great experience with purchasing a 2nd hand Mini Clubman. I called to check the stock and availability. I was told the car would be good to drive away if I wanted to buy, so I arranged someone else to drive me there. But unfortunately it was not. This was dealt with sympathetically and delivery was arranged at no extra charge. Car was delivered on time, with all conditions of sale met. Both keys, service history etc. We've had the car only a short while but its been absolutely fine and my wife loves it! If that ever changes and we think its something Motorzone should have dealt with I will revisit this review. But, the car did come with a very comprehensive 12 month warranty, and the owner seemed very approachable and friendly so I have no concerns there! All in all, very good experience, highly recommend.

Stay away from this place. bought a vw golf off them and had nothing but problems. i contacted them with the problems and they didn't want to know just saying they would call me back and never did. the day after he delivered the car i had no coolant left in the tank. spent about 3k on the car trying to fix it without a penny from these guys they don't care so i contacted the finance company and motozone are ignoring them too unreal. all they do is lie please guys do not use these tools they are not good people. if you look at the photos attached you will see a new water pump on the left the one on the right is the "new" one that motozone fitted before they gave me the car and if you look at the secound photo you will see the silicone they bodged it on with the garage i took it to couldnt believe it and this car had just passed its mot apparently he must have his own dodge garage because i had snapped springs no rubber on the window wiper blaze and a leak.
